what must a nice guy do to get a lady these days

in my business i get to meet and work with alot of pretty intelligent woman however it seems like every one of them i am interested in is either liking someone who i believe shouldn't walk beside them. These girls are pretty intelligent girls who claim to me like guys who look dangerous.They keep telling me am to clean cut, polite, am just to nice. Its funny how grandmas could tell me "boy u are a nice guy, i would like u to meet my granddaughter or that am a type of guy that would have all the ladies when they were young" blah blah that doesn't help. Tell me is there any woman out there wanting a nice, steady, reliable, one woman guy.let me know cause the girls who i think might be interested in my are not am sick of being just the friend.

As easy as it sounds, when you stop looking that's when things happen it seems. You'll find someone but in the mean time enjoy yourself.

Stan! Stan! Stan! What the hell are you thinking? How intelligent can these women be if all they're into are no ambition having wannabe thugs?

Patience my brother. You have to look at it this way. Being the nice guy and all, you represent the ultimate ideal, but thats a safe goal for now. These chicks see the bad boys as something exotic and daring and before they break the pattern that some of their friends are following with these fellas, they're gonna leave safe for last. Thats where you fit in.

What you really need to do if its too much to just be the friend any longer is develop an alternate strategy and be the friend but with obvious intentions...let them know outright especially if its a physical thing, that while you like being the friend and all, you're intrigued by the idea of getting down with her and really curious...It won't have anything to do with your friendship...something like that. I know its confusing but to save yourself, you'll have to do it without getting emotionally invested, otherwise, you're in deeper sh*t than when you started. Don't be too availabe either, make them want to be around you by making yourself more fun and interesting and unique. And quite referring to yourself as a nice guy...they finish last.

I hope some of this made sense. please let me know what happens.
