When talking to a friend she said something that made me think, she told me that the reason why she is so afraid of relationships is because her ex messed up her self confidence, I immediately stopped her and asked "how could he have messed up your self confidence with emphasis on the word self....Its confidence in ones own abilities....If you don't believe you are a beautiful person how can anyone else believe your a beautiful person." I consider myself to be an average person with dreams and aspirations just like everyone else, but the thing that sets us all apart is the fact that we go about reaching our goals differently and believing in yourself is the first step to reaching your goals.
