Shallow is the life of one whose only pleasures can be bought for as much as a printed paper note. Whatever the quality and quantity of a note will only serve as a measurement for the depth to which one's dignity can quickly plummet, barely skin deep. The depth of one's flesh, metaphorically, has worn many to early graves penniless save the skin upon their back. The difference being among the wealthy has always been in finding great pleasure in the pursuit and not the prize. When one diligen... Read More

What was the point to which the author would have his/her reader to understand; life is better than death or, even the mighty die? After further thought upon the subject of living dogs and dead lions, I became curiously obsessed with the reality of an alternate meaning embedded within the (2) chosen par... Read More

Wise Politicians feed upon our deep animal des... Read More
How do we measure the true power of a man if not by his earthly acts; all the deeds of which he have by force of will alone created and established upon this earth as a living and lasting monument to his name. One time ago, the true power of a man was measured by his physical strength and the amount of successful sons he had begotten. This is not the case in this age because now the true power of a man is measured by his mental strength and the amount of successful ideas he begot. This year... Read More
