It’s so funny how two simple words can easily become your worst nightmare. To be more honest…my nightmare. It all started with another lecture to my kids on the beauty and power of discipline. What upsets me most in our economy are those employers that have made their wealth literally from the blood, sweat and tears of their employees yet they insist upon paying out peanuts.
