Shallow is the life of one whose only pleasures can be bought for as much as a printed paper note. Whatever the quality and quantity of a note will only serve as a measurement for the depth to which one's dignity can quickly plummet, barely skin deep. The depth of one's flesh, metaphorically, has worn many to early graves penniless save the skin upon their back. The difference being among the wealthy has always been in finding great pleasure in the pursuit and not the prize. When one diligently seeks but one thing that brings them the pleasure that only god can give in their daily pursuits; one will find great success on the way. This pleasure can not be bought nor sold which freely flows from ones brow because it is a gift of life. Can there ever be a price, no matter how great or small, that anyone can place upon a single soul? We shall indeed fall to the desires of our fleshy heart for a printed paper and forget about it's maker as we have long forgotten about ours. What does this tell us about ourselves that we are weak humans desiring that which we can not possess, or that we are weak because we are humans with desire?
