Title: Is it just an illusion...

Blog Entry: There comes a time in everyone’s life when the only thing that matters is not based upon money, power or respect but rather personal contentment. Despite the downturn in the economy or high cost of living, the one thing that is truly an issue is; are you happy with your life? This is a question that many refuse to face let alone answer with honest intentions. The motive behind this blog is one of great interest to me. The fact that I, for many years, was unhappy with the conditions of my life ultimately affected every facet of my daily functions. The decisions made during these bouts of dissatisfaction proved to be more detrimental than it would appear, and as a result I have made it my purpose to make conscious changes. With constant evaluations upon every single act that led to failure; I sort not to repeat the errors but duplicate the successes in my life. It may not be such an easy thing for many of us to appreciate all the good that happens in our lives especially when they are few and far between. Let us not be tempted to compare our happiness with that of those who are seemingly successful because success does not equate to happiness, this is a futile endeavor. The truth of it all is this; happiness is simply a state of mind and not the result of any external triumph. With a positive outlook for meaningful change I have placed an invisible barrier surrounding my subconscious thoughts that filters out any negative threat to my inner sense of harmony. Threats that manifest themselves in the forms of fear, uncertainty and hatred will easily become the forces that prevents us from realizing our true and greatest potentials. Disconnection from any outward influence will eventually lead us back to reliance upon our own innate sense of morality. Let me be the last to cause anyone to abandon their dreams or hopes because I am not one to teach the doctrines of defeatism. However, what I bring you is a better way forward without the constant stress of undeserved disappointments. A way by which anyone could reach their greatest potential without failure. The secret to this utopian reality rest within our ability to clearly and honestly think. When we place every conscious act in the perspective of relevancy to the promotion of our wellbeing; then and only will we be totally free to make the kinds of decisions necessary in successfully manifesting that act without any negative connotations to ourselves. We, in turn, become agents of change in our own lives, and as an inevitable result we outwardly become identified with our internal state of contentment. The paths I’ve chosen to pursue are those of my own unique personal taste; my likes and that to which I am truly willing and able to accomplish. I find it very pleasing doing only those things that satisfy me most and as a result I am the more happier, at the end of the day, with the conditions of my life. I do not advocate this form of living for everyone as it is one of total conceitedness and as the need for misery is still a popular choice for many. You alone know what is best for your life and you alone must make that decision for betterment or continue to accept what life is handing you; the freedom to do whatever you like or simply follow the unthinking masses into misery and self-destruction. Choose quickly and wisely the life that is best for you.   Mr. Chris Rolle Da Clique Group    Truth above Honor
